Practice aikido, qigong, or taichi maybe.
Go to a gym or do yoga.
Eat healthy and do not eat too much nor too little.
Breathe deeply, stretch, and drink enough water.
Decide what a healthy target weight for you is (ask a doctor if you don’t know), and try to stay about plus/ minus 5 pounds from that target weight.
